Two years ago I went to my first Transcendental Meditation (TM) meeting and since then I’ve been meditating every day. They say you should meditate twice a day for twenty minutes – I’m getting in at least once a day (shh, don’t tell!) but when I get in two meditations a day it makes SUCH a difference in my mood, focus and energy. I recently got an email from the TM Center about communal meditation times during the quarantine (specifically for each time zone) and I really wanted to share this with everyone. If anyone has ever meditated with another person – or even better, with a group of people – you know how much more powerful the meditation can be with others. I’m trying to time my meditations during these times to ride the wave with others and I hope you can too. Happy meditating! 🙏🏻
